One should also opt for overnight deep moisturizing to improve skin hydration.
  4. Not using sunscreen
    According to several notable studies conducted on premature aging, about 70% of the signs of aging are brought on by skin being exposed to the sun’s harmful ultraviolet rays. So, experts strongly recommend using sunblock or sunscreen whenever one steps outside, be it during winter or summer.
